How to care for your jewelry
K18 and all other accessories
After use, we recommend that you wipe off any dirt and dust with a soft dry cloth and store the jewelry in an OPP bag or case.
We recommend the following care depending on the material indicated on the mount.
For plated and coated materials such as 18KGP R.H.P., and for all earrings and pierced earrings
All earrings and earring hardware
Do not use abrasive polishing cloths, etc., as they will remove the coating. To remove stains, wash gently with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water and neutral detergent (e.g., kitchen detergent). Brushes such as toothbrushes are strictly prohibited as they may cause the plating to peel off. Afterwards, gently dry the item with a dry cloth without leaving it wet.
Solid brass products
Since there is no surface treatment, the color of solid brass products will react with substances in the air over time, resulting in a deep antique-like color. If you are concerned about this, please use a commercially available metal polisher or sandpaper to clean the product. If you soak only the metal part in vinegar, it will return to a brighter color.
About repair
In case of initial defects, we will replace the product after confirming the defects with the attached photos in the e-mail sent within 7 days after the product arrives.
For discoloration, damage, etc., caused by long-term use, we will repair as much as possible, such as re-polishing, re-coating, etc. ( at an additional cost), so please consult us once.
